Ripack 3000 Shrinking Heat Gun
USE
- During the shrink process, the heat gun should be held at a vertical angle, and maintained about 30 cm away from the film.
- To ensure that the film is taut on the pallet, at least 20 cm of the film should be left to hang down from the bottom and pushed under the pallet. This will ensure that the film adheres securely to the bottom of the pallet, resulting in a properly shrink-wrapped load.
- The shrink process should begin from the bottom and continue upwards in a “Z” pattern.
- The shrink speed should be adjusted according to the thickness of the film being used.
- To achieve optimal results with flat films, at least 30 cm of the film should overlap.
